Accepted. CHIM has an error message informing the user about the duplicated customer. The severity should be very low since it is a flaw in the documentation that is purely cosmetic and does not affect the usage of CHIM.

Explanation of addcustomer is not detailed
Did not mentioned that phone used should be unique until the user has to find it out my themselves. Unique information such as address and email can be duplicated but was not included in UG explanation

Reason for disagreement: The severity should at least be Medium Throughout the UG, it did not mention anything regarding the phone number used to add contact being unique. Other sensitive information like name, address and email are able to be duplicated. The UG should state the handling of these information whether they are unique or not, otherwise it might cause confusion and inconvenience to users as they would not have any idea how the data is being logged into the app.
