Accepted. CHIM has an error message informing the user about the duplicated customer. The severity should be very low since it is a flaw in the documentation that is purely cosmetic and does not affect the usage of CHIM.

Explanation of addcustomer is not detailed
Did not mentioned that phone used should be unique until the user has to find it out my themselves. Unique information such as address and email can be duplicated but was not included in UG explanation

Reason for disagreement: The severity should at least be medium. It is a flaw that would cause frequent inconvenience to new users as they would not have knowledge about the phone number being unique, and other information such as email and address can be duplicated. Hence, the user has to find it out themselves since UG did not state anything regarding this matter. However, experienced users might not have this issue and can continue to use the product.
Edit feature explanation did not include that the phone number is unique and other information such as email and address can be duplicated until the user has to find it out themselves which can hinder user experience.
