[_]: feat/add notification callback #419

This depend on: pull/35

Add the use of the 'notification callback,' now utilizing it from node-win with a size limit for files being uploaded greater than 20GB.

Why: This will be used to notify errors occurring from node-win and display them directly on the client. e.g. image
