As you can see in 3b21847, I've used the "0.2.7 light" color scheme from https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/khroma/vignettes/tol.html for the MDP diagram. You may want to tweak the architecture diagram to conform to that scheme (or any colour-blind-friendly and nice color scheme that you find).
