Figure out why the agent always goes down-left when the screen is black #50

Think it's because action 0 is downleft. Have changed default action to be 4, which is noop in coinrun. Can't recall the commit, but it's in record.py, currently line 183 (the present commit is 1cdb78ce532c6edfad90c6028aa127dbfdc7f860 but this is NOT the commit where this was changed, apologies).
