Handle extreme points and bars in panel #66

We sometimes get points going out of the grid in both the scatterplot and barchart. This looks a little ugly. image image

Partially handled in commit 736b091381 for the scatterplot, but sample 305 shows points outside the plot on the right side. Still need to make adjustments to the barchart to handle bars extending outside the plot.

The above issue only occurs on a very small screen. The issue seems to due to the resizing not working as well for the scatter and bar plots as it does for the images.
