User guide for ReadTheDocs #27

The GitHub readme is too long, and some of the documentation on ReadTheDocs is sparse. Some things should migrate over there (dedicated pages for Building, Interrogating, Concordancing, Editing and Visualising?) but this requires rewriting in RST format, which is a pain.
