Test against GeoNames data (China)

Similar to #39 this task works with China place names from the GeoNames database.

The files are too large to upload, so here's the link: http://geonames.nga.mil/gns/html/cntyfile/ch.zip

This example includes language code zho for Chinese and also bod for Tibetan. This file includes a number of bod entries.

Some contain Russian and Korean.
