This alone will at the same time:

Expose this functionality in the Rababa Interscript map for reverse use
Update interscript.org to allow the reverse running of "diacricitized Arabic => Arabic with no diacritics" (without the latter part which is to be implemented by interscript/interscript.org#72) - once released and deployed

Unfortunately, as of now, we don't run it thru Rababa, as Rababa's implementation is buggy.

When you say Rababa is buggy, can you file a ticket there with the exact problems encountered? Of course a PR would be more than welcome, thanks!

I will correct the problem in Rababa shortly, I just wanted to make it work for now.
