Implement system `var-urd-arab-latn-hun-1872` (Arabic Hunterian System) #105

This issue is to implement the transliteration system of hun-urd-arab-latn-1872.

This system is referred in the GeoNames database as urd_Arab2Latn_HUN_, with the system title 'Arabic Hunterian System'.

Tests should rely on the data extracted for the urd_Arab2Latn_HUN_ system in https://github.com/riboseinc/geonames-transliteration-data .
