Some of those are implemented and some aren't. However, some of the implemented ones are not currently entered in maps/interscript-maps.yaml.
We need to correlate the list of implemented maps and entries in maps/interscript-maps.yaml, so that every implemented map that has a correspondence in this list needs to be listed.
We should probably also separate the OGC 11-122r1 mappings to an independent YAML file.
