This issue is to implement the transliteration system of ammi-pus-arab-latn-1959.

This system is referred in the GeoNames database as pus_Arab2Latn_AMMI_1959, with the system title 'Afghanistan Ministry of Mines and Industries Transliteration System for Geographic Names in Afghanistan (Yaghubi)'.
