OGC 11-122r1 / GeoNames code `isl_Armn2Latn_BGN_1981` and `arm_Armn2Latn_BGN_1981` duplicated #159

isl_Armn2Latn_BGN_1981 should have been arm_Armn2Latn_BGN_1981. isl is the ISO 639 code for Icelandic. Armn is the Armenian script, presumably the language has to be Armenian.

Moreover arm_Armn2Latn_BGN_1981 also exist. The former is probably wrong and the latter is correct.
