NOTE 5 I know abad and allah, but I don't know these in persian -khwā, -shahr, -zādah, -zay, providing them would be great image

NOTE 8 shadda rule here isn't very clear, is there a set of letter to double and another set not to double and just omit shadda? image

Note 5:

The Persian Arabic the characters for these elements in Pashto: -khwā خوا -shahr شَهر -zādah زادهَ -zay زَی

Note 8:

[...] lack enough familiarity with Pashto to fully explain how they treat the shaddah. My understanding of our BGN/PCGN rule is that in Pashto, the application of the shaddah is sometimes ignored/omitted altogether, which differs from our Persian system's rule. As the romanization note states, native sources/spellings have dictated to which spellings that rule applies. I believe we have a Pashto glossary/list somewhere? I do know in Pashto, they romanize حاجی as "ḩājī", instead of what's considered standard of "ḩājjī" (the shaddah over the "ج"/"j" is ignored or made irrelevant in this case). I guess it would be wrong for me to say their notation of the shaddah is inconsistent/incorrect, in Pashto, it seems that it applies to their select set of names/spellings and does not follow the same rules set in Arabic/Persian. In Pashto's case, I'm not sure if that's due to their own practice or because of the available romanized sources at that time.”
