@ronaldtse just confused about on mapping file name. I think var-mon-Mong-Latn-pinyin-ipa is the the correct mapping name for the system rather than var-mon-Latn-Latn-pinyin-ipa. Am I right?

@javkhaanj7 here we are only changing Pinyin to IPA, so Latn-Latn is correct. Thanks!
