This issue is to implement the transliteration system of odni-urd-Arab-Latn-2015.

The Devanagari variant is implemented in interscript/interscript-ruby#286.

Actually @bilashsaha already did it.

@AhMohsen46 could you have a look to see if the system implemented aligns with the other Arabic systems? Thanks!

@ronaldtse it looks good to me, except for shadda part I guess is missing? also, I can't see examples using pointing, not sure if we have a better set of examples for this map?

We don't have better examples other than the ones provided at the end of the spec. Could you make use of those to craft examples?

@ronaldtse I will take a pull of this now and add pointing/shadda rules and examples
