Bump node-sass and grunt-sass in /blogdown_source/themes/hugo-tranquilpeak-theme #10

Removes node-sass. It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency grunt-sass. These dependencies need to be updated together.

Looks like these dependencies are updatable in another way, so this is no longer needed.
