Add ignore instructions and browsing enabled message to prompt #12

Adds an ignore instructions and browsing enabled message at the top of the prompt. This should allow GPT to deal with the results without spitting out the "Sorry Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that" response.

Thank you for your input! Сurrently tinkering with different prompts to get better replies. Check out the latest update, it should result in much fewer refusal + it makes the bot cite the web results.
