Support discard of some/all changes via WebUI #359

We should be able to discard changes via the WebUI - related to the overhaul hinted at in #346 and previously discussed with @isc-hwojnick

This together with #358 would resolve a real-life HCC customer issue that I discussed with Regilo today.
