"All packages" workflow - also test installation with differing values of "delimited identifiers" setting #506

This has bitten me twice personally - on IPM itself (see #440) and on TestCoverage (a long time ago).

It would be good to know which packages do/don't work with delimited identifiers disabled (by default, they are enabled). See: https://docs.intersystems.com/iris20241/csp/docbook/DocBook.UI.Page.cls?KEY=RSQL_setoption#RSQL_setoption_supportdelimitedidentifiers

@isc-shuliu this isn't v0.9.0 critical but would be good to keep in mind.
