Basic SCD automated testing

This issue describes overall completion of basic SCD automated testing. The corresponding Project is Basic SCD automated testing.

Goal

Provide the ability to detect non-compliance with all ASTM F3548-21 requirements applicable to basic strategic coordination that are most effectively validated with automated testing. Basic strategic coordination in this context:

Has only one priority level, and conflicts are not allowed at that priority level
Does not use USS availability management to maximize planning uptime

Many requirements are not effectively validated with automated testing at this point. The requirements that are expected to be effectively validated with automated testing are now explicitly listed in gate3 of the f3548_self_contained CI test configuration. The f3548_self_contained CI test configuration is expected to continue to represent testing of basic strategic coordination in accordance with this project for the duration of the project.

Measurement of success

This project will be successful when the "Requirement verification status" for uss1 in gate3 of the f3548_self_contained CI test is green and indicates "Pass" when f3548_self_contained accurately represents testing of basic strategic coordination per this project.

This outcome is achieved by obtaining at least one Passing check for each requirement listed in the table on that page.
