Use different r2 for some endpoints #2

I think some endpoints we need to use R2 column and others R2_OBS, right? @remomomo

for the binary ones, h2l -> r2_liab (variance explained on the liability scale) for the continuous traits, R2_OBS -> r2 (variance explained on the opserved scale)
