Delete fields "userName" and "sex" from registration page

Delete mentioned fields in order to make registration procedure more pleasant.

In future we will be able to collect gender statistics by parsing dictionary like http://lib.rus.ec/b/167653/read.

Field "userName" is redundant. We can use email as login.
