DVDs simply won't play...4.1 #462

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uh.... Well if I understand what you mean by that correctly, I simply put
in a DVD, load up Mplayer CE, and it just won't play it. And yes I hit "Play
DVD" and I've tried more than 1 DVD.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? Don't know what you mean... What do you see
instead? Don't know what you mean....

What version of the product are you using? The newest version.....Unkown what
version it is but it was the newest on the Homebrew Browser.... On what
operating system? Wii menu 4.1U NTFS

Do you have a modchip? No

Please provide any additional information below.

Well.....It won't play DVDs....I have DVDx installed. I load up Mplayer CE,
hit play DVD, it says "Mounting DVD please wait" then, after about like 5
secs, that message goes away and it just sits there........The time thing goes
to 9 and then it just resets. I guess it seems that DVDx isn't working? I
installed it using the Hackmii installer package, and it DID say it could be
installed. And it DID say "SUCCES". So it seems DVDx is there and it's not
working. And yeah I tried putting the DVD in both ways...With about 3
DVDs.........HELP

Will I need to uninstall the DVDx I currently have?

gamemaster905: no, just run the new hackmii installer and install DVDx.

How is the download installed? Renaming it boot.dol and overwriting original in
apps/Mplayer_CE folder starts to load as version .76 then gives a file error.

Mplayer CE was downloaded and installed by the homebrew browser.

I have not installed the DVDx yet, I have not had time. But I will probably get
to it
tomorrow.

Okay, after installing the beta, it worked. But is it supposed to take around
1-2
minutes to load up the DVD? But anyway, thanks a lot. This is great!
