Crash when playing The Dark Knight in r619 #776

When selecting the "Play DVD" option, it says "Mounting DVD" (as is normal), 
and then crashes with a stack and core dump.

Note that its really difficult to tell the difference between 0's and 8's on my 
interlaced television screen. The images i took are attached if you want to

Update: at the suggestion of Extrems, i played it useing libdvdnav, which 
works. 

However, the video is not centered vertically.
