RTP does not work #795

I'm trying to use rtp. I created a file test.m3u and paste that in it.

#EXTINF:0,Das Erste
rtp://@233.51.128.19:1234

If I open the playlist test.m3u with mplayer-ce r658, nothings hapens. If I 
open that file with my laptop, the stream starts. So somthing should be wrong.
