Introduce a new echo command, with several options below it, such as:

graph the current graph name
timeout the current timeout length
metrics the specified metric
- rps60 requests per second for the last minute
- rps300 requests per second for the last 5 minutes
- etc...

On second thought, Rexster is introducing its own metrics capabilities soon. Perhaps metrics could have some RexConnect-specific items -- maybe "average heartbeat latency" or "number of sessions opened".
