Add simple "Do you want [client] to connect?" dialog #54

The bare minimum for security.

Whenever a client sends a RequestServerInfo packet, pop a dialog that makes sure the user wants to connect. Will require coordination with the CLI, and should be able to turn this off on in settings if people just wanna YOLO with stuff in their butt.
