On at least one phone that had not been rebooted in a while, the software
stopped connecting to BT devices (that were paried), even after turning BT
On/off.
Rebooting the phone fixed the problem.
This is probably a BT driver issue. We should add a failsafe message that tells
the user to reboot if connections have failed multiple times AND the BT has
done the reset multiple times.
