Support for vue-jest@5

Several changes are to be expected:

In the process function, the vueOptionsNamespace argument has been renamed to componentNamespace. See [vue-jest] feat: support custom blocks for Vue 3 #364
componentNamespace default value is now Component instead of __vue__options__. See [vue-jest] feat: support custom blocks for Vue 3 #364
vue-jest did the work so that we could return an array of strings directly.

If you are in a hurry, you can fork vue-i18n-jest into your repo and use it
