remove bloat file misc/frozen_east_text_detection.pb #54

misc/frozen_east_text_detection.pb has 93 MB which is 90% of the 102 MB repo

ideally rewrite git history with

git filter-repo --refs master --invert-paths --path misc/frozen_east_text_detection.pb

The problem is we don't have a reliable permalink for downloading the same data. I think a good idea in the future is to simply separate the datasets with the code and have something like guibot-datasets.
