Github code for generating customized reports on services availability through an API #49

Custom queries for report building can now be accessed. For mCSD-type queries, FHIR REST operations can be conducted for searching facilities/services. For example, HealthcareService includes the list of Locations that perform the service. Aggregate reports can be compiled in external systems as they wish.

What is missing is the ability in the UI for searching services.
