Changes made:

Added project description
Added Table of Contents
Renamed section from "IntrepidBot Math Details" to "Features", and organized section for clarity.
Renamed section "IntrepidBoth Math Languages" to "Supported Languages" for clarity.
Added the following sections: Getting Started (previously "How to use IntrepidBot Math), How to Use the Bot, How to Contribute, Licenses, Credits, Twin Project.
