Update copyright date. Additionally, this PR serves as a test for contributing any future changes from Ford's fork of this repo back to Intrepid.

Feel free to message us if you'd like to talk about our development plans for any part of the library. In particular, I've had plans to revamp the communication between the userspace daemon and kernel to more easily allow for control communication, add Ethernet support, etc. This may even take the form of upstreaming a generic kernel interface as an enhanced version of tap if I get my way, since that's basically what this all boils down to.

We're also always adding CI around the various parts of libicsneo, so if you have a use case you'd like represented there, just let us know.
