Update dependencies #169

This PR updates the gregwar/captcha dependency to the latest version, which is compatible with PHP >= 7.2. It also adds a Dockerfile and instructions to run it, which I used to test the package in PHP 7.2

@aescarcha I didn't check the Dockerfile bu I believe you've done that :)

I'm short on time on this project so I'll just merge this. If you want to provide any further support is appreciated. tnx
