Modeling: There is a clear reasoning behind what you are trying to model as well as pretty good explanations of how you are going about building that model.

Communication: There a good amount of explanation regarding the reasoning behind the report as well as what is happening in the code, perhaps there could be more information applied to the visualizations as to what you are trying to convey and why they are important.
