i install libfreekin and iaikin. and i can use kinect viewer to see the output .but when i try to launch rtabmap_ros,

Can you describe in more details what system you are using?
If you installed a custom version of OpenCV, make sure to rebuild cv_bridge too, so that cv_bridge is linking on same OpenCV version than rtabmap and rtabmap_ros.
