Allow ZAP to be run as a Windows Service #392

I've had a request for an option for ZAP to run as a Windows service.
A quick Google has found Java Service Wrapper: 
http://wrapper.tanukisoftware.com/doc/english/introduction.html which looks 
like it could do the trick.
I suspect that 1.4.1 could have memory issues if its run for a long period of 
time, but I believe those issues are fixed by the code in the trunk.
I havnt looked at it in any detail, or looked at the licensing (which hopefully 
wont be an issue).

Anyone fancy having a look at this?

Seems like there is limited interest in this. Since the owner no longer plans 
to address this issue it is being Closed - WontFix.
