Table of installed add-ons may not update after manually installing an add-on

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Run ZAP and Go to "Manage Add-ons";
2. Close the dialogue and install, manually, an add-on ("File" > "Load Add-on 
file...");
3. Go again to "Manage Add-ons", note that the table of the installed add-ons 
doesn't have the add-on manually installed;

Remarks:
If the dialogue "Manage Add-ons" is only opened after installing the add-on it 
will be listed.

ZAP Version:
Version 2.0.0.
