Remove add-on HelpSet when an add-on is uninstalled #510

The HelpSet created for an add-on during the installation should be removed 
when the add-on is uninstalled, as it will no longer be needed/used. Also if 
the User Guide is opened after removing an add-on, with help pages, it may 
result in exceptions and the User Guide to not be shown.
