Host authentication is used even when disabled #524

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Run ZAP;
2. Go to "Tools" > "Options..." > "Authentication", add a host authentication 
and disable it;
3. Access the site that requires authentication and note that the 
authentication is still done;

ZAP Version:
Version 2.0.0.
