Allow Spider Scan to start without prior visit #569

Currently, in order to scan a Spider scan, the URL has to be visited 
beforehand. 

The new behavior would allow the users to start a spider scan (especially in 
API), by directly providing the starting URL, without needing to first show the 
website in the sites-tree.
