Add additional Spider Subtree option #570

"Spider subtree" allows for the spider to leave the subtree.  There are use 
cases for a user to want to keep the spider within the selected subtree.

Requesting that the wording for the current option be changed to:
"Spider from this subtree"

Requesting a new option that keeps the spider within the selected subtree be 
added.  Option wording similar to:
"Spider just this subtree"

Hmm... It seems I've missed this one. However, I guess this should be handled 
as part of https://code.google.com/p/zaproxy/issues/detail?id=1260, right? 
Should we merge it in there?
