Quick Start may start the active scan before waiting for the spider to finish

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Run ZAP with the "Quick Start" add-on installed;
2. Attack a site with the "Quick Start" tab (fill the text field "URL to 
attack:" with a valid site and press the "Attack" button);
3. Note that the spider has started;
4. a) Press, immediately after, the "Stop" button ("Quick Start" tab) and note 
that the spider doesn't stop; or
   b) Wait some seconds (at least 2 seconds) and note that the "Active Scan" tab is automatically selected and the active scan started, select the "Spider" tab and note that it's still spidering.

Remarks:
The issue depends on the time that the spider takes to start (if it's fast to 
start the issue will not happen).

ZAP Version:
Version 2.0.0 (and trunk r3020).

Add-on version:
"Quick Start" version 8.
