Manual requested sites shown as scanned in the footer panels when selected in the "Sites" tab

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Run ZAP;
2. Access a site with the Manual Request Editor dialogue ("Tools" > "Manual 
Request Editor...");
3. Select the site in the "Sites" tab;
4. Select the "Active Scan" tab and note that the site is selected and it's 
shown as scanned (name in bold);

Remarks:
The selected site is not shown as an available site.
If the site was previously accessed through the proxy the site is shown 
correctly.
The issue happens with the following footer panels:
 - "Active scan";
 - "Spider";
 - "Forced Browse";
 - "Port Scan".

ZAP Version:
Version 2.0.0 (and trunk r3029).
