Log the exceptions thrown by active scanners as error (AbstractPlugin) #611

Log the exceptions thrown by active scanners (that implement the method 
AbstractPlugin.scan) as error, instead of warning, and include the exception 
stack trace. Otherwise the attention given to those exception(s) would not be 
as greater as it should and useful information, provided by the stack trace, 
would be missed.

Version 2.0.0 (and trunk r3029).
