Support addons written in any JVM scripting language (eg Python, Ruby) #623

Lots of devs might not contribute coz of java being in the core of plugin 
development.

why not extend the framework simmilar to what ironwasp or burp has done and 
start supporting java, python and ruby plugin's.

Note: consider this as an enhancement.

This should be part of the Script Console 
(https://code.google.com/p/zap-extensions/wiki/AddOn_scripts) and was actually 
always a goal ;)
