Allow add-ons to remove the registered API #628

Some add-ons register an API with the ZAP "core" and should remove them when 
they are uninstalled. But ZAP "core" doesn't provide a way to do it, so ZAP 
"core" should be changed to allow it.

ZAP Version:
Version 2.0.0.
