NoSuchMethodError when using/installing the "Server-Sent Events" add-on (with ZAP 2.1.0)

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Run ZAP;
2. Install add-on "Server-Sent Events" (or it can be already installed);
3. Check the log file, there should be a NoSuchMethodError (see the attached 
log file).

Remarks:
With the update of the RSyntaxTextArea library (Issue 612) the "Server-Sent 
Events" add-on is no longer compatible with the latest ZAP release (2.1.0).
As it requires a new release it will also be updated to use the new JSON 
highlighter.

ZAP Version:
Version 2.1.0.

Add-on version:
"Server-Sent Events" version 2.
