Redo customisation documentation #110

I've realised this mistake a while ago, but never made an issue for it.

ileriayo/markdown-badges doesn't use .svg's, it uses hexadecimal #xxxxxx for it's colors.

Current: image

What I'm trying to refer to: image

Change the message to say "use hexadecimal codes" and provide an example.

Update: I've gone ahead and decided to re-do the whole thing, as many points were inaccurate and/or missing.

I've included things like supported icons/logo's and fixed many pieces of the documentation that were wrong.
